The Tourism Transformation Council of South Africa (TTCSA) is established as the Sector Charter Council for the tourism sector in South Africa. As mandated by the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act, the TTCSA is responsible for driving transformation and promoting black economic empowerment within the tourism sector.
